Agreement to Terms​

By installing, accessing, or using any product or service provided by Ino Studio Lab ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use our products.

Our Products and Services​

Ino Studio Lab develops and publishes add-ons, extensions, and plug-ins for third-party platforms including Zendesk, Google Workspace, and others (collectively, "Products").

License​

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Install and use our Products in accordance with their documentation
  • Access and use our website and related services

Restrictions​

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Products
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use our Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Products
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our Products without written permission

Third-Party Platforms​

Our Products integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Google Workspace). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party platforms.

Intellectual Property​

All rights, title, and interest in and to our Products, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Ino Studio Lab. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or logos.

User Data and Privacy​

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle data.

For our Ticket PDF Download app:

  • We do not collect, store, or transmit your ticket data
  • All data processing occurs locally in your browser
  • Data access is controlled by your third-party platform (e.g., Zendesk) permissions

Disclaimer of Warranties​

OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • Our Products will meet your requirements
  • Our Products will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using our Products will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in our Products will be corrected

Limitation of Liability​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INO STUDIO LAB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use our Products
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Products
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components transmitted through our Products
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ino Studio Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of our Products
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

Changes to Products​

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our Products (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our Products.

Changes to Terms​

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our Products after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination​

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Products immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use our Products will immediately cease
  • You must uninstall and cease all use of our Products
  • Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

Governing Law​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ino Studio Lab operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution​

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which Ino Studio Lab operates.

Entire Agreement​

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ino Studio Lab regarding our Products and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability​

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver​

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
